Career Coaching

career mind map

Suzanne has been helping clients develop results-focussed resumes and perfect their Interview skills for many years. She has found that the biggest challenge her clients face, even before having a great resume, a clean public image on social media, a professional LinkedIn profile, and impressive interview skills, is figuring out if they are truly on the right career path.

In order to address this need, Suzanne undertook a thorough search of career counselling tools available on the market, and chose to obtain certification as a "Birkman Certified Consultant". Suzanne's clients have found the insights provided by their personalized "Birkman Career Management Profile" resulting from a comprehensive set of interview questions, to be invaluable in providing guidance into which occupation, both industry and profession, they would be most suited to.

Volunteer Coaching for Students

Suzanne volunteers a significant amount of her time and expertise assisting "late-teens" to "twenty-somethings" just out of college or university, create a 10 year plan and determine which career path they would be most suited to, as well as assisting with resume writing and interview skills. Suzanne believes there is nothing more rewarding than "helping a kid get a start in life."
